Changes in price may occur, depending on your order date. This is due to the fact that prices are daily prices and often change continuously. If Beads by Holmgaard accepts your order, the buyer will be invoiced the price valid on the date of order.

Manufacture of goods incl. Price on https://www.beadsbyholmgaard.com is merely an invitation to take advantage of a price reduction, and is therefore not considered a binding offer. By ordering goods from https://www.beadsbyholmgaard.com, the buyer binds himself to the offer to purchase the goods on the terms stated and does not constitute a direct binding acceptance. The binding agreement only comes into force when the agreement between the buyer and https://www.beadsbyholmgaard.com has been concluded in the form of an order confirmation, which means that the buyer accepts the offer made.

Your account information that is collected when purchasing goods, is sent directly and securely to PBS via the encryption form, (SSL), which is reserved only for you and PBS. This ensures that unauthorized parties can not view or store your personal information. The amount is only deducted from your account when the item is shipped from https://www.beadsbyholmgaard.com.

The risk of ordered goods perishing or being damaged, due to accidental circumstances, only passes to the buyer when the goods are in the buyer's possession.

As a result of the ordered goods being delivered late or containing defects, no liability will be incurred by the seller if these delays or defects are due to circumstances in the buyer's control which are beyond the control of https://www.beadsbyholmgaard.com. This may include, for example, war, riot, civil commotion, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labour disputes of any kind, including strikes and lockouts, or the like.​​

All package deliveries come with tracking, except Postnord letters. When your order is sent, you will receive your tracking number by email.

Important: If you choose your order to be sent by Postnord letter it will not be insured or sent with tracking. If the letter gets lost, we are not responsible for replacing the items. If the letter gets lost, contact us on our mail contact@beadsbyholmgaard.com and we will see if the issue can be solved. 

If the letter can’t be delivered due to problems, it will be returned to us and we will contact you and make sure we correct the issue to make sure it will be delivered.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. You will receive a refund within 7 days after we receive the package.​
