All parcel deliveries are delivered with tracking, except Postnord letters. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.
Important: If you choose to send your order by Postnord letter, it is not insured or sent with tracking. If the letter is lost, we are not responsible for replacing the goods. If the letter is lost, please contact us at our email contact@beadsbyholmgaard.com and we will see if the problem can be resolved.
If the letter cannot be delivered due to problems, it will be returned to us and we will contact you and make sure to correct the problem so we can ensure it is delivered.
